Return, Refund, & Exchange Policy
At Magical Garci – The Power of Healing, every product is handcrafted with passion and precision. We stand behind our work, yet we also maintain clear guidelines designed to protect the integrity and sustainability of our artisan business. Please review our policy thoroughly before submitting a return, refund, or repair request.
1. Returns & Refunds

Eligibility: Only regular-priced items are eligible for return. Sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Time Frame: Requests for returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

Processing: Once received, returned items will be inspected, and refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days if all conditions are met.

Condition Requirements: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Any product that shows signs of wear, damage beyond received defects, or alteration may be denied a refund.

Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns over $75, as Magical Garci cannot guarantee receipt of the returned package.
2. Exchanges

General Policy: Exchanges are available only for regular-priced items and are subject to the conditions below. Sale items are not eligible for exchanges.

Eligible Defects: We will replace items only if they are defective or damaged at the time of receipt. Eligible conditions include:

A chain that is loose or broken.

A defective or broken alligator clip.

Process: To request an exchange due to a defect or damage, please email info@magicalgarci.com within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide further instructions for the return shipment and evaluation of the defect.
3. Special Exchange Policy for 108 Mala Beads
For 108 Mala Beads, if you find that the node becomes loose and fails to secure the beads properly within 1 month of receipt, you may request a replacement.

Time Frame: Initiate your request by emailing info@magicalgarci.com with the subject line "108 Mala Beads" within 30 days of receipt.

Requirements: Please include detailed photos and a clear description to help expedite processing and ensure accuracy in the replacement.
4. Repairs
Magical Garci offers repair services on products purchased within 365 days of the purchase date under the following conditions:

Eligible Conditions:

The string is worn, but all beads remain intact.

The string is worn with 1–2 beads missing (excluding the guru bead).

For 108 Mala Beads only, if the string is worn with up to 8 beads missing (excluding the guru bead), repairs can be provided for an additional fee based on the cost of replacement beads.

Request Process: To inquire about repairs, please email info@magicalgarci.com with the product name and clear photographs. We will evaluate your request and advise if the product is eligible for repair.
5. Shipping Guidelines for Returns, Exchanges, & Repairs

Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items for exchanges, refunds, and repairs.

Shipping Recommendations: For shipments exceeding $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Magical Garci is not liable for items lost in transit.

Timing Variability: International and remote shipping may incur additional delays. We are not responsible for delays once a package leaves our facility.
6. Shop Owner Disclaimers & Protection

Non-Liability for Shipping Issues: Once your package is dispatched from our location, Magical Garci cannot be held responsible for shipping delays or losses. It remains the customer’s responsibility to ensure proper shipping protection.
